Access Rentals recognises this very important key requirement. We offer numerous training courses with recognised training agencies that allows you to conform to all relevant legislation.

Regulations
The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 places a duty on employers to provide an adequate level of training to allow employees to operate equipment safely and competently.

Qualifications
Our trainers are approved by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) under the Certificate of Training Achievement (CTA), and by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF).

Training Structure
A comprehensive choice of courses is available covering the following types of equipment.

• Self propelled scissor lifts
• Self propelled boom lifts
• Vertical personnel platforms
• Safety harnesses

Summary
Our training courses run for 1 day and are available at all of our branches.

After successful completion of the course you will be licensed for 5 years, after which a refresher course will be needed. We offer the most comprehensive IPAF training in the industry.
